Kings Cove

Living here used to be okay, with an average rating of 3 stars. But now, it's a nightmare. Our AC has been out for a week in the scorching Texas heat, and it's still not fixed, our pets are suffering, and we're stuck in one room with a portable AC just to survive.

When we asked when it would be fixed, they said it would take longer than expected, but couldn't give us a timeframe. I asked if they checked other vacant units for a temporary fix, and they said “they should have”, but my AC is still... broken. It seems like they don't care.

The maintenance person is terrible too. He screams at me from across the complex instead of being respectful. I hate that he can't talk to me nicely and in a correct manner about the AC problem.

Unless you want to deal with a broken AC for over a week and rude maintenance people, don't live here. They don't care about their tenants. Read More

A huge thank you to the management at Kings Cove! The team that is here is amazing.The grounds and pool are kept nicely and our complex is kept clean. Everyone is polite and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to make this place feel like home already! We love it here!

My daughter and I have been living at King's Cove for about a year. It has been wonderful. The scenery is breath-taking and it is so peaceful here. You hardly hear any noise outside. Its not far from the Lake, so at times we walk down to the water which takes about 10 minutes. The staff are super professional, courteous and vibrant. Shout out to Erika for always being understanding and accommodating and a joy to know. Melanie and Karina are so nice as well. We feel safe and comfortable here.... The units are amazing and the maintenance guys are knowledgeable and quick. The pool area is so relaxing and kept clean. Its just been a wonderful experience living here. It is truly a place you can call HOME.
