Been here 3 years maintenance staff is usually very prompt when needed. Office I feel gets overwhelmed with all their task and communication sometimes isn't the greatest but they take care of you.

Nice and clean but the gates are always left open and its sometimes hard to get ahold of the leasing staff. The location is great and very central to Kyle

We haven't had the best move-in experience having to do with a multitude of cosmetic and broken appliances. Maintenance has been extremely helpful with all of our move-in issues!!
