It has been a good expereince so far! Our work orders have been taken care of pretty fast and the neighbors and staff are friendly! Only downside is the dog park areas. Theres a good amount of poop in them because some residents didn’t pick up after themselves

I’ve been here going on 6 years and it’s been home. Unfortunately too many nasty residents that don’t pick up after their dogs - the management office does a great job trying to cleanup after these pigs but- it’s an uphill battle. I like the staff and maintenance folks a lot -

Been here 3 years maintenance staff is usually very prompt when needed. Office I feel gets overwhelmed with all their task and communication sometimes isn't the greatest but they take care of you.
