It has been a good expereince so far! Our work orders have been taken care of pretty fast and the neighbors and staff are friendly! Only downside is the dog park areas. Theres a good amount of poop in them because some residents didn’t pick up after themselves

Been here 3 years maintenance staff is usually very prompt when needed. Office I feel gets overwhelmed with all their task and communication sometimes isn't the greatest but they take care of you.

Nice and clean but the gates are always left open and its sometimes hard to get ahold of the leasing staff. The location is great and very central to Kyle

It’s become my home over the last 4 yrs. Perfect location. Management and leasing team are amazing. I’ve met some neighbors who have become great friends and I’ll continue to live here until life takes me elsewhere.
