The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is full of charm and upgraded finishes, featuring stainless steel appliances including ovens, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cooking essentials and a center kitchen island. The spacious living room offers the perfect blend of coziness and luxury with high ceilings, a wall-mounted TV, and an open-concept layout. Enjoy your morning coffee from the breakfast nook or savor dinners in the dedicated dining room with beautiful views of the backyard trees and pool. All bedrooms are furnished with fluffy pillows, crisp linens, and plush mattresses, ensuring comfort for up to 12 guests. Free parking is available with room in the garage for 2 vehicles and additional parking on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a small additional fee.

Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas operated and should not be left unattended.
