Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes

Awesome experience. The staff were courteous and genuine and very caring. They answered all of my questions and directed me to the right places. My apartment is beautiful. I’m very pleased with the experience at Tuscan Lakes.

I love being a resident here! The staff and maintenance are great and attentive. I also love how they get the community involved in activities every month.

We love living here at Amalfi-it’s beautiful, conveniently located and wonderful neighbors. We’ve been here 9 yrs and are so happy with living here! The only thing I can complain about are all the fees, especially the $14.00 Liability Insurance I’m having to pay on top of my own Renter’s Insurance so that my belongings are covered. Also, the trash everywhere around building 9 - especially with the neighbor across from us - they put out 3 bags of garbage on the ground almost daily. This last... week they had a full sized picnic table outside their door and other pieces of furniture for days. Please do something about this problem asap. We’d greatly appreciate it. Our experience was okay. Very hard to get a hold of leasing agents to help us with application. Once moved in, was a lot better. Apartment looked a lot different than we were expecting.

Email communications are horrible and slow, if any response from an actual person, instead of a generic one, is disappointing. I've received numerous emails telling me to sign my new rental agreement, but I haven't received a reply about a discount.
