Poor service
As of last Thursday November 20th, this marks the 4th time this month and the 2nd time this week that the trash service failed to pick up our trash again.
Since moving in, we have repeatedly received emails from management 'reminding' tenants to comply with the valet trash service requirements—like, don’t leave the trash in the hallway, don’t leave the trash outside, and similar restrictions.
Here is the reality: The valet trash service left our trash on the sidewalk for the entire night and... did not return to pick it up. It’s odd that the management somehow prioritizes the demands of the service provider over their paying tenants.

I know that we spoke and have addressed your issues with valet trash but I wanted to respond here as well. Regarding your concerns about trash service, please be assured that we always actively address any issue you may be having. We have... contacted the valet trash provider, including their management, each time you have reported a problem. Our efforts are focused on ensuring they adhere to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in our contract. We believe that recent adjustments will resolve the problem.
