Don't move here
The apartments are falling apart. The floor is caving in. The toilets don't work. The ac stops working the first hot day, and good luck getting it fixed. Noone ever responds to you, doesn't matter if you email or call. They charge a ridiculous amount for such a small rundown apartment. The parking situation isn't terrible if you can get a parking pass, but again good luck with that, they make up every reason why they "cant" give you a pass, even when its stated in your lease that you're entitled... to a covered parking spot. They make up fees and change policies without warning. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
