Our experience with Vista 121 has been good so far. The staff is friendly, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the community feels safe and welcoming. It's a convenient location with a lot to offer.

Buyer beware

The property has the appearance of being maintained, but the office team is where the problems lay. They communicate to whom they want to communicate which means for prospective clients looking to lease, if they desire not to talk to you your application will take longer to process. I noticed this when listening to the office team talk to people over the phone, or the phone would never get answered as in my case where I had to perform in-person visits. After getting approved I turned the… offer to live in this community down due to the amount of stress involved with contacting the leasing office and resulting in lost of the amount of money placed to secure the apartment. They do have some good reviews but when a community selectively choose who to associate business and not perform the service on a equal bases that gives a hint on what life will be like if anything is needed from the office i.e. maintenence repairs or questions of any type.
