    Over 62 dwelling

    The apartments are wonderful, spacious 1 and 2 bedrooms, they allow pets, garages are $60/month, covered parking is $30/month, free trash pickup on Monday and Thursday. Office staff is typical management and they don't like to be 'bothered'. The maintenance people are quick, polite and efficient. The only downfall is the pool - it is small, cannot do laps, and it is salt water not chlorine. Most tenants don't use the pool
