The Lawn is awesome and Little Elm Beach is walking distance. Always some sorta fun activities going on..

I am happy with my apartment but am concern that there seems to be more concern about how the outside of the building looks then the inside of the building. Mainly the breezeways.

I absolutely love living here! The apartments are spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The management team is incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Every time I've had a question or needed assistance, they've gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
The amenities are top-notch, and the community feels so welcoming and safe. Plus, the specials they offer make living here an even better deal. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!... It’s hands down the best place I’ve ever called home!

Communication is improving. The garage parking needs to so much better. Their needs to be speed bumps. Including by the park before kids cross street. Overall great area & so good to have a 24 hr gym!
