Amenities bait and switch
Amenities are not maintained. They turned off the tanning beds so they just sit there collecting dust and they don't keep propane in the gas grills so nobody can cook at the pool. Do not choose this place for the amenities. You will not get what you are paying for.

TOP NOTCH
This place is the Definitely 5 star! I have lived here 3 years and absolutely love it. The grounds are kept spotless, the pool and grill areas are always clean! The only place in town you can go into the office and be invited to sit and have coffee and conversation. The maintenance crew takes care of all items within 24 hours! I have never had to call twice for anything. The internet here is great and the technicians know the residents and staff and respond some times on the same day. I... would not live anywhere else

Horrible Management from top down! I would not recommend living here, try the place next door instead.

Great
Excellent fitness center and pool. Gazebos and lounge areas. Game room. Great place to live. Apartments are brand new with some have attached garage. More security for me.

Very nice place to live
The Wellington Grande is a great property. It's a very comfortable place to live. The property is kept very clean and issues/concerns seem to be dealt with in a timely manner.
