A great apartment home
I have lived at the Madison apartment homes here in Tyler since the day the opened with my wife and daughter. We started out in a two bedroom and stayed there for 5 years. About 2 years ago we moved to a three bedroom . All apartments are spacious with stainless steal appliances . Great care is given to the grounds and they are beautiful. e have had to call maintenance only one time. The air conditioning went out. With in an hour the maintenance crew had if fixed. the property has a fairly large... pool, hot tub and kids pool. A very nice covered grill area which is adjacent to the shuffle board and horseshoe court. The management in the front office are very friendly and eager to address and concern a resident my have. And we can't believe how quite the complex is and we have always had good neighbors.The rent is very reasonable for a class A property and includes cable and high speed internet .Another plus is the convenience of grocery stores and a wide selection of restaurants. within minutes. To sum it up, we are very happy in our home.
