Not worth the Money

Management acts sweet but just passive aggressive. They will try to get money from you any chance they get. Apartments are cheaply made. We moved in and had a list of things that needed to be fixed… just save your money. I have reached out to corporate in regards to my experience and how I have been treated. I’m just waiting for a call back and hopefully something can be done

Felt Like Home!

I was a resident at the Hudson for a little over 2 years since I moved back to Lubbock. I could not recommend a better place to live! The gated community is great, rent is fair, and the neighborhood is wonderful. The units and spaces are well-cared for paired with top-notch management. Stephanie, Rose, and the grounds staff go out of their way to help. They are friendly and kind! The only reason I moved out was because the opportunity to purchase a house came up! I will miss being able to drop… in to the front office for a quick visit, not to mention being able to take my dog in for a wash in the oh-so-convenient dog wash area!

If you are looking for a place to live in Lubbock, I whole-heartedly would give this one a try!

Fantastic apartments and amazing staff

Ever since I moved in I have been nothing short of extremely happy with my decision to move in. The apartments are very nice and well maintained and the staff is very helpful and accommodating.
