Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time here!!! They are super rude and unfriendly. It's impossible to speak to anyone other than the office managers. 6 mos no AC last year. Tried to call corporate left a voicemail. Never heard back. Mind you we have been beyond frustrated with the lack of willingness to help. They give you zero grace. They charged me $75 for a trash bag they say we didn't make in the dumpster. When we double triple check for this exact reason. Won't even let me dispute the fee. No AC for over 6... months all last summer. I finally gave up because winter hit. I had a bath room out of order for over a year. Everytime they came to fix it they would fix the wrong part. Toilet wouldn't work shower all messed up and handle backwards. Dish washer smells awful. Bird infestation they poop and lay eggs all over the balconys. We are penalized for that too. They want us to be patient but give us no grace it's ridiculous. Can't even use the amenities. Gym is always closed. You have to go through the office which is also always closed. Pool is always filthy or unable to use due to unsafe levels. Just a hot mess. Always leave there mess behind like this photo below. God forbid your bag falls out of the dumpster though. It's an automatic $75. But they can leave the closet like this! What a joke!! Laundry room is always filthy. Complex a hot mess. New managers old managers. Doesnt make a difference. Been here over 3 or 4 years. Been through several managers. It's all the same! I don't even ask for much. Just the same grace we give!
