first of all the manager is very rude and is never there. second we got bad bugs, roaches have been here since we moved in. a.c. doesn't work well freezes up every time we turn it on. door sticks. we complain to the manager about it she didn't do nothing. don't waste your time, money, or energy.

when living at timberwoods I came across a few problems my door started to stick and be hard to open our ac freezes every time we turn it on and the unit look very old compared to the rest of them we also got bedbugs and the roaches are bad a man did come to spray but we had to ask him to spray the counters and stuff also I had to fix our sink myself just way to much money for all the problems and the apartment is very small for a two bedroom

Living in timberwood apartments has been interesting to day the least. Living in southeast Texas is no picnic in the summertime but here we have a pool that we can enjoy six days a week. There is also a quaint playground for the kids. The only "bad" part about living here has been the roaches.... But they do spray regularly so it not too unbearable. It has been a decent place to raise my child. It's close to everything including schools.
