Homestead at Mormon Mill

Not only is this the nicest apartment complex in Marble Falls but the community is welcoming and more like a neighborhood instead of just an apartment getting people in and out all the time. Its incredibly well kept and has a management team that is incredible. I feel safe and cozy here with my family.

The homestead is a nice apartment complex and has nice amenities including a pool and dog park. It was initially a great place to live but the rules continue to increase over time making it less comfortable. You will need to be prepared for regular all community memos changing policies. It is advertised as family friendly, however, children are discouraged from playing outside and are not permitted to ride bikes, scooters etc, on the property. If you should decide to move out, be aware that they... have an itemized list of charges and they will be sending you a bill for anything they deem appropriate from a nail hole in the wall from hanging photographs, floors or anything else the manager seems appreciate.
