Beautiful quiet and safe!

I’ve lived at Bell Tower Flats for several years and if you are seeking a beautiful quiet place to live, this is it. Adriatica is one of the safest places to live in McKinney. The views and trails are beautiful. The maintenance here is stellar!! Which is hard to find in apartments these days. They address any issue rapidly! The apartments have stainless steel appliances, beautiful blinds, crown molding, top notch beauty. The staff works hard to maintain the aesthetic that reflects our… surroundings. Mostly quiet neighbors since we do expect that after 10pm. Which is so important to me! Issues are resolved professionally, Parking garage for bad weather, convenient elevator and so much more. This is probably one of the best apartments you will find in the DFW area. Highly recommend!

love my tiny apt!

My tiny apt is perfect for me! The staff is exceptional and always accommodates my needs. Lashandra always has a friendly and professional demeanor each time I see her. I enjoy that we have several restaurants/bars/coffee shops within walking distance. The new additions: gym, meeting room, corporate apt are all beautiful. I look forward to hosting an event in the gameroom soon!

LOVE MY HOME

The staff the I know at St Paul’s Square are very helpful and friendly.
My time here has been wonderful! A caring, warm and loving staff, incredibly beautiful grounds, care-free living because of the attentive services provided, happy people and the fact that all of my needs have been met, have made this a sanctuary after fleeing from Hawaii and the lava disaster that burned down my home and everything I owned and scattered my spiritual community.

The property is very clean and pet friendly.… Great location for fun stuff to do all within walking distance. The property is also quite to be so centrally located.

Thank you, to the manager Tracy, Lashondra and Diane, I enjoyed the happy hour that you’ll have put together.

LOVE IT!

My first impression of this apartment complex was that it was breathtaking. I was immediately taken away by the complex's architecture and scenery. I was thoroughly impressed by the way the staff greeted us during our tour and how they addressed each and every one of our questions. The inside of the apartments are a direct reflection of the complex's exterior, and, I must say, their units are probably one of the best ones that I have ever laid my eyes on. If you are in search of an apartment… complex that has wonderful surroundings, pleasant staff, immaculate interiors, gorgeous apartments, and an abundance of amenities, then you need not look any further than here. I cannot stress this enough, you simply MUST tour this complex.

Love it Here!

I really enjoy my apartment here at St Paul Square. The location is so great. The floor plans are very spacious and it feels like you are living in a resort. The community is growing and adding more restaurants. Really excited to be part of this community.
