I love it here

I've had a wonderful experience living at this apartment! Maintenance is always prompt and efficient in resolving any issues that come up. The front desk staff are consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. It truly feels like a welcoming and well-maintained community!

I see the review from a year ago and from my understanding there's a whole new staff. They have definitely changed this place around!

DO NOT LIVE HERE

This apartment complex has only been open for 1 year and has so many issues. My apartment was infested with crickets, I would reach out to have someone come spray and nothing would work. Managment kept saying they would do something and still after 6 months nothing was done. There would be crickets everywhere. The apartments reek of marijuana due to people smoking in the units. There is also little to no maintenance so if you need something fixed you will likely have to wait a month for anyone... to come out. Another issue is they will advertise your rent to be one price and they add on fees that are not listed on your lease. I recently had a neighbor leave due to her having the same issues with this apartment. Very upsetting due to this being a new apartment.
