Spanish Meadows

This is prob one of the worst apartments you can live in they need to be shut down .. They have known about the kitchen and bathroom sink. Have yet to fix that .. All they want to do is fine you for irrelevant things but can't fix nothing the office people are disrespectful and the maintenance men walk around talkin all day .. They are worried about money they don't care about you they to get money from you .. I don't understand how they are gonna fine people but cant make sure the people have... things fixed and they keep it nice on the outside.. Wont fix the mail boxes.. 10.manager sucks at her job

moving in things were great, after 3 years of living they still have not addressed the move in checklist. our apartment was to be ready on the first and they allowed us 2 days extra to move in. thats really cool. when we moved in they had not performed make ready. when we reported it they gave us the option of removing our things and give then \\m another week to do basic cleaning. i even found the lease agreement on the top of the cabinets from the previous tenant, Her complaint for repairs... were the same as i was facing. This place is terrible, disgusting, and absolutely ridiculous. They’re rude. Don’t care about their residents. The maintenance man never answers his phone. The manager is unprofessional and rude as she could possibly be. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy live here.
Plus they will tow you for everything.
Pretty sure the pictures aren’t even the current pictures.
If i could put pictures in this review i would.

Where do I begin? Melissa, deliberately blocked in my car with her golf cart to get it towed while I loading up my sons items to go to his check up... HE'S AUTISTIC and as a result I had no way to get to his appointment. She took pictures of my cars interior and exterior as well as plates laughing like a maniac while I watched. She along with maintenance kicked in my window unit I used while waiting for it to be fixed one of the 3 times that summer. Attempted to notify her of suspicious... characters that were trying to sell illegal substances to me on their property while I was trying to get into my home with my child next to me...she laughed and said I have no proof they are residents so nothing can be done.
