    Love to community

    I really enjoy living in at The Ventura. The location is in a lovely, safe, and quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment for residents. It's right next to a park which is nice for short walks. The apartment is also completely gated & have a courtesy officer on site, which makes it feel extremely safe.

    The apartment was sparkling clean and had many of the amenities I was looking for -- like a gym, pool, gated community & updated front office. It was evident that the    … management team put in the effort to ensure the apartment was in great condition before I moved in.

    I'm glad I found this community, will be here for a while!
