There is an exterior security camera present for security purposes. Please do not tamper with them. Fireworks are not allowed. Please be respectful of the property and your neighbors. Please clean the common area grills after each use and clean up after yourself in the common areas. Please do not leave personal items on the balcony. High winds may occur. The pool is shared and cannot be heated. It is available from 8 AM to 10 PM. No glass or food allowed in the pool or in the pool area. No parties allowed in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
