No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises of the condo or The Mercer complex. Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental. There is an exterior security camera present for security purposes. Please do not tamper with them. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. The pool is shared. Please be courteous of other guests. The pool cannot be heated. Available from 8AM-10PM. No glass or food allowed in the pool or in the pool area. No parties allowed in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Please be courteous of your fellow patrons and also clean up after yourselves in these areas. To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
