The delay in processing payments should not be happening. I pay my rent about 2 weeks in advance of the months end. This time the process was so messed up that a 163 dollar late fee was added to my acct. This should not happen, If you are not able to keep up...hire some help...like an assistant..

Looks nice when you first arrive. Cuts and changes to Thursday food and amenities such as art classes and events make it less desireable. Still ni cabinet door replacements, Cabanas were done then we were told they had to stop due to the fact one maintenance tech quit and there was no one to handle the temp works to install dor. The Pod container the door arrived in has been sitting in the parking lot for months now. Heard today they were still waiting on more doors. What is the real story... there.
