Great Location

The management is friendly which is important to me! Also important, they’re professional along with maintenance staff. These apartments are close to the freeway but far enough where you will enjoy your quite time. Surrounded by grocery stores convenient stores, drug stores and gas stations, it’s within less than 2 miles from Downtown restaurants ,shops, Historical beautiful Landa Park, Library is also close by. If you prefer to walk there’s a very nice walking path on Walnut which is just half… a block away from apartment complex and surrounded by nice neighborhoods making your walks relaxing and stress free.

Great Place!

The staff has been very helpful, and I've had only good experiences since living here! They have plenty of community events which are fun for the kids and the adults! What I like is the versatility and understanding in the community. If you want to be social, there are people out in the public areas to say hi to and are very kind, and if you want to be reclusive, no one bothers you! I have a 2B 1.5R unit and I love how homely it feels!

Good place to live

Family Trevino is happy to live here.Nice place to live. Very good convenience location. Good help support. Quiet place to live. Always feeling safe. Clean and very good maintenance. I like the size of the apartment. They welcome my pets.

great

I have lived here for a few years now and it wonderful. I'm disabled and so is my brother and we have no problems getting to the car, office,pool grounds ect.. The management is very nice and always here when u meed then and maintenance is super fast if u need it. I love this place

Quiet and well maintained

I just signed a lease for my 4th year here. I have been very happy with the management, maintenance, and environment here. It is quiet, I feel safe, repairs are addressed immediately, it is nicely maintained and Nancy in the office is always helpful and friendly. The apartments are older but have been updated and new washers and dryers were put in the laundry room recently. Melani N.
