The complex is quiet and conveniently located. Unfortunately that’s the extent of positive things I am able to say. The hot tub is green and unusable and has been the duration of the time we’ve lived here. The water fountain for the pool is hanging off the wall and being used as cigarette ash tray and has been since we moved in. The corridors are grimy, dusty and full of litter and have not been power washed or cleaned in any way for the duration of the time we’ve lived here. The “cabanas” by... the pool have no covers on them so they are just metal frames offering no shade (… and haven’t the entire time we’ve been here). The trash compactor has been out of order for almost two weeks now so the back corner of our parking lot has trash overflowing and old furniture stacking up. Work orders do not get completed. Management does nothing to alleviate concerns when they are brought up. It is not cheap to live here. Prices are comparable to newer complexes across NB. It is so very frustrating and disheartening to be a resident here when management clearly doesn’t care about the satisfaction of their residents or the state of the property. Read More

Poop bags never replaced. poop receptacles never emptied.
Grass not kept mowed. I didn't ever show any vaccination proof for my 2 pets. Paint splattered on surrounding floors, walls, door frame and bathroom tile. Would not recommend to any pet owner or non-pet owner!

This apartment is great for people with pets. No one else. We moved in 2 weeks ago and I have vacuumed 20+ times no exaggeration. The pervious tenant never vacuumed. They had a white dog and a black/gray dog I can see the two different types of hair. I have shampooed 5 times and I’m still getting hair clogs and BLACK water. They never dusted and there stove was still gross.
I’ve mopped 8 times and I’m getting yellow stains up. If I could move out today I would. There’s also over spray on the... floor, carpets

I just moved in during January. The first week the AC broke, they claimed they fixed it. A once in a lifetime storm in Texas provided on/off power for 3 days, and shut off the water. It’s been NINE DAYS now and still NO water. They claim they are working on it, yet every single time I walk around the complex with my dogs I see exactly ZERO work happening. They’ve also told residents in building 2 (my building) we will be last to get water restored because we are lowest on the priority list as... all the apartments are one bedrooms. Housing authority, local media and attorneys have been contacted. Also my “fixed” AC is on the fritz again, been 76 degrees inside my apartment the last 2 days I’ve come home from work. This is not a luxury apartment complex, it is very basic and comfortable. I had no issues with my apartment whatsoever upon moving in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking lot has plenty of space. Patio is very spacious. Everything seemed pretty good my first week in here. Then THE ROACHES CAME. AND THEY ARE HUGE. They make it in the cupboards and cabinets, they come from behind the stove, in the stove. I have not seen any in the bathroom, living room or bedroom thank GOD. But it is... still disgusting to have a kitchen INFESTED with roaches!!!!!!!! I pay a monthly pest fee for what?????? THE ROACHES STILL COME OUT. Its raising my anxiety and blood pressure.
