Update: Major Changes New Property Owner
I moved into the property Nov 2016. Old property owners, and management were terrible. New owners in 2017, gradually made changes. Property is quiet, decent and upgraded.
Property manager is awesome. Maintenance is working hard, and quick on repairs. I'm very happy I stayed. This property, is located a block from the North Electric bike trail. Is also walking distance to the Metro station. I plan to live here, until I retire.

Not a friendly place
Management will yell at you. She encourages neighbors to spy on neighbors and follow children around and take their photos. Fees are created monthly. Your lease can be canceled if your late paying. But if the police are called over and over agin on 1 tenant they can stay.
Apts are dusty (vents) full of mold

Holiday Heights is no holiday
Built in early 70's, has some cronic plumbing problems, small kitchens, and not very up-to-date, as far as appliances go. There are no hook-ups for washer or dryers, and no dishwashers.
However, the people renting here are quite friendly, and schools are close.
