Even though the elevator has been broken way too long for these 80 year old legs, I still enjoy living here.
The apartment is homey & beautiful. The staff is polite, friendly and efficient.
We live in bldg 3, 3rd floor. Our floor is quiet and clean.
There are only 2 unpleasant points: a lot of people with dogs do not clean up after them! Disgraceful!
Then rent renewal amount went up a little steeper than Will and I are used to in the last place we lived.
Maintenance men can understand & speak... English which was a problem with our last place as he & I only speak English.
Here at Enclave you're allowed to decorate front door area as well as your patio.
Overall, I truly love living at Enclave!
Highly recommend living here.

We have really enjoyed living at Enclave at Hometown. The area is great and it’s close to everything we need which makes day-to-day life really convenient. The community itself is always well maintained and we’ve had positive experiences with both the maintenance team and the office staff.

Cailee is the one we’ve worked with the most and she has always been very helpful. She’s always willing to answer any questions we have and makes sure things get handled quickly. It’s nice knowing the staff... truly cares about the residents here.

Overall it has been a great place to live and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a home in the area.

I’ve had a really great experience living at Enclave at Hometown. The community is well kept, quiet, and the location is perfect. The office staff is staff is friendly and always helpful. Cailee has been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Recently she took the time to work with me when I needed help and made the whole process much easier than I expected. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and wants to help however she can.

I absolutely plan on staying for the... foreseeable future. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I use to tell people how great the apts. I don’t invite people over anymore. It’s dirty. Furniture left behind by residents sit for a month before removal. We have people grilling in the green area by the office. People living here make comments how trashy this looks but won’t complain to the office. There are a lot of nice things about this place. The residents are nice. Office & Maintenance are great.
