Marvin Gardens Apartments

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was told my apartment was ready, when it clearly was not. Nothing was cleaned. There were men's underwear in the dryer, toiletries still in drawers, and it hadn't been painted or even vacuumed. Within the first couple of months after moving in, the air conditioner, the dryer, the refrigerator, the entire bathtub and the water heater had to be replaced. At one point, gallons upon gallons of water were pouring through the ceiling in the kitchen. The handy... man they hire for jobs the maintenance man can't do is a joke. He is rude, and unprofessional. When the real plumbers finally came, the plumbing under the bathtub had been "repaired" with duct tape. It was like pulling teeth to even get a key to the deadbolt. Last year when my family and I moved into Marvin Gardens, it was a great complex. The office personnel was great, maintenance guy(Shawn) was hard working and the area was centrally located. After new management things took a turn for worst. My family and I moved out after dealing with constant neglect of repairs, rude, unruly, unprofessional office personnel. No one ever being at office. Hours of operation are on office door, but never there. Once you call main number, you are spoken to rudely... , placed on hold long periods of time, and told that manager is in meeting or my favorite, We will call you back. After dealing with unlicensed new maintenance guys that come to your apartment at there convenience due to them not being able to repair issues due to it not being within there scope of practice, we decided no more.
