It appears nice but when we moved in we found maintenance had left windows open and cats had gotten in and the stairs had been chewd on by dogs. Their maintained Nan tore up my bathroom floor and ne er finished it.

Their automated system tells you appointment booked to look at unit, then you never get the key box code. Wasted trip to still not see inside unit. No local representatives to meet you there or answer questions day or night. Managed remotely from Lubbock. If they don't have time to sell the property, I question their ability to ever be available for maintenance requests either.
That's a shame. I thought there might be possibility, but if they're inaccessible now, can only imagine being a... resident. The units come with a long carport, but it's not lit at night. There's quite a bit of access to the area making vehicle security pretty weak. Keep looking for better option. Read More
