Park Plaza Town homes offers spacious two bedroom town homes, or your choice of a one bedroom on the first or second floor. Units are un-furnished that offer covered... private patios or balconies, a refreshing beach themed clubhouse, 2 separate pool areas, laundry facility and a well shaded, private courtyard with BBQ grills, and we pay water. We do have on-site management and maintenance on call 24 hours a day. We are also very pet friendly!
Either of the floorplan's can be completely furnished to give that corporate feel, and all bills are inclusive!
At Park Plaza we have a central boiler, so that means, gas is complimentary for hot water and your heater during the winter months!

Fun police manages property
Manager doesn't like kids playing ball in courtyard or riding scooters in courtyard. Manager very argumentative doesn't approve of fun in the pool. Water Always turned off with no notice, maintance takes forever to fix anything & is fixed half assed. Townhomes are nice but management & maintance sucks!!
Manager raises rent outside of lease & tried to blackmail us into signing new lease, extorting money by threatening us with a 3 day lock out notice which she later said wasn't legal for her to... do. Only after we said we would retain an attorney. Keep looking for a apartment this place isn't suitable for you!!
