For now I have to stay in this despicable place because my financial condition allows me even here ... But I do not recommend it to anyone ... The manager of aki never worries or solves the problems that may arise for the tenants ... 2 months k we have come to this unpleasant place and from the beginning we asked for another apt. Well this one is unlivable ... it has a cockroach infestation ... there are mice ... it was very dirty ... the carpet is disgusting ... the frigidaire has a power... outlet ... the bathroom floor is flooded underneath and the carpet in the room it gets soaked .. the air conditioning is not working well ... we are suffocated from heat and obviously it is spending more elect..andk say we are still waiting for another apartment ... with all our things in boxes ... but nobody attends our needs ... it's an ok place to live. the price goes up with no changes. maintenence is iffy. but my time here was good didn't have many problems. the old management was caring don't know much about the new management. laundry facilities and pool never work so don't look forward to using either. if you have no other choice this is the place for you but if you can afford something different spend your money elsewhere. it's a decent place but would never live here again.
