From the very beginning, communication and responsiveness have been disappointing. Maintenance takes far too long to address concerns, and when they do, it often feels like a quick patch-up rather than a real fix. On top of that, things that should be simple — like keeping the property well-maintained and ensuring residents aren’t left dealing with ongoing inconveniences — are consistently overlooked.
The way management handles resident needs feels dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me with... little confidence that issues will actually get resolved. For the rent being charged here, the level of service and care falls short.
If you’re considering moving in, I’d recommend weighing your options carefully. The apartment itself may look fine at first glance, but the headaches that come with it really aren’t worth it.
