I moved out THREE MONTHS ago and still have not received approximately $1,300 of my security deposit.

I have contacted management three separate times, and every time I get the same explanation: account issues caused by the management takeover and "we're working on it." Yet there is NEVER any proactive follow-up, no clear timeline, and no actual resolution unless I chase them again myself.

What makes this even more concerning is that I… am NOT the only former tenant being affected by this issue. This is clearly not an isolated delay.

I understand that management transitions can cause problems, but THREE MONTHS is completely unreasonable. Their internal account and management issues should NOT become the tenants' problem.

Based on my experience, I would be EXTREMELY cautious about renting here.

I’ve had a pretty good experience living here so far! The apartment itself is great and I’m enjoying the space. However, there are two things that could be improved:
The security gate seems to stay open constantly. I haven't seen it closed since I moved in, which defeats the purpose of having a gated community.
The printing situation is a bit frustrating residents are charged to print even though we already pay a monthly amenity fee.
If management could get the gate fixed and make printing a… free perk for residents, this would easily be a 5-star experience!"

I love the apartment floor plan, I have only really spoken to one staff member since I’ve been here but he [Chris] has always been very helpful. The office is not the best at answering phone calls, but I don’t need to call for much. The resident portal is easy to navigate and maintenance has always been quick to respond to any needs. The walls are pretty thin here, but there’s nothing that can be done about the way it was built. Overall, this is a nice apartment, the community is pretty calm… and the neighborhood is great for going on walks.
