Windemere Townhomes

On Friday, November, 6, 2015 I arrived home at 6:00 PM to find that my apt had been burglarized. Over $1500 in items were taken from my home. The police concluded that there were no signs of forced entry, and that the way my place was entered and left appeared staged.

Coincidentally, I had a work order done on the same day of the burglary. I am not blaming the property, but it is a huge coincidence that this happened on the same day that maintenance had access to my apt. Ridgehill Investments... management team showed no empathy for my loss, and refused to provide me with the names of the maintenance staff that entered and completed the work order that day so that I can provide them to the police for questioning. As a resident, I should be made aware of who has entered my home. Everywhere else that I lived provides this information to residents on work orders – no questions asked.

As a concerned resident, I feel that other residents and future residents should be make of aware of this.

This was a nice place to live, and with a gate- you're suppose to fell safe, but I cannot say that anymore. Read More
