Horrible Management and Maintenance

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My apartment reached 88°F, and after being told I had a new AC unit and that maintenance only needed to add Freon, I came home to find nothing had been fixed. When I went to the office, they suddenly told me I didn’t actually have a new AC and that it would take two more days to get one installed.

Meanwhile, it’s over 100°F outside, and I’ve been left with nothing but two fans blowing hot air. No portable AC, no temporary accommodations, and no reimbursement… for the hotels I’ve had to pay for because my apartment is unlivable. My dog was panting from the heat, so I had to send her somewhere else for her safety.

This isn’t the first maintenance issue either. My bathtub was clogged for two weeks after they marked it “fixed,” and my toilet broke again the day after they supposedly repaired it. The property manager isn’t available for a week, and every call goes to a call center that can’t help.

I pay my rent to have a safe, livable home—not to be left in an 88-degree apartment with no urgency, no accountability, and no concern for residents. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with apartment management.

Unjustified Move-Out Charges Despite Photo Evidence

The excessive move-out charges being imposed on long-term residents. These apartments are nearly 30 years old, and despite normal wear and tear, tenants who have stayed for at least three years are being charged anywhere between $1,000 to $5,000 upon move-out.
This practice seems unfair, especially given the age and condition of the units.

Greatest place to stay!

Great location in Plano and is right next door to my Lifetime Fitness location!! The staff are all welcoming and accommodating!

REALLY DIRTY OLD APARTMENT. BUGS AND MICE/RATS INFESTED

I just moved out April 2021. I'm going to write facts.

1. Bugs and mice/rats infested. First time in my life seeing mouse right in front of my door. Tired of killing bugs inside of my apt. It's not just regular bugs. I don't know why but bugs are huge here. Especially june bugs.

2. You can't even open front and back doors properly because there are so many mosquitoes. Almost every time I open the door, mosquitoes are on the door or flying around. It's because of the dirty water stream that… runs thru the apt community.

3. Front door don't close properly because of the foundation problem.

4. Got sick few times because a lot of cold wind come thru bedroom windows. Submitted a ticket and they try to fix it but it was a fail. The apartment is just old and weak.

5. There are always kids running and playing around blocking the roads.

6. Go look at the main big trashcan at parking lot. It will tell you everything what kind of residents live here. It is always over full and disgusting. There are mice and big black birds eating there.
