Unfortunately the start of my experience was not good. I sat in the leasing office for 6.5 hrs because my lease was not properly signed on move-in day and had to wait for management to answer the phone to get inside my apartment. The apartment wasn’t cleaned and a permanent ring around the toilet has been present since move in, washing machine was filthy and continued roaches for months. The amenities aren’t always available - the upstairs gym room has its bike memberships canceled, the wfh... space is very tiny and always in use and resident gatherings are now policed due to other resident issues. The train nearby is extremely loud and the price is not matching up with the luxury listed.

Well-maintained property and friendly staff. Maintenance requests are handled quickly.

Ferro is a wonderful community with a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. The property is well maintained, and the common areas are always clean. It’s a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable place to live, and I’m happy to call it home

I have really enjoyed living here for the past 2 years. The security of the apartment is really good : the whole building get locked, so no one can enter without access.

Everything is kept nice and organized. Cleaning people do a great job of maintaining the cleanliness of the hallways and the gym. Great community events. Josh is great!
