I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the management and maintenance services at Hunters Glen Apartments on Independence Parkway in Plano.

Since the beginning of our tenancy, we have experienced numerous maintenance and repair issues. We have submitted more than 20 complaints and maintenance requests regarding various problems. Despite repeatedly reporting these issues and following up with the management office, we have not received a reasonable level of service or timely… resolution.

We have also contacted the City of Plano regarding some of these concerns, but unfortunately, we still did not receive the level of service we expected from the apartment management.

good community and a very vibrant location, however this is old property and have lots of issue with plumbing. staff frequently change and every so often we are seeing new faces, with such a large property and the amount of rent charge they sure are under staff for maintenance crew.

The community itself is in an excellent location which makes life very convenient. The area is very safe. However, the complex is kinda run down and the new management’s maintenance team is essentially useless. You might as well hire your own contractors if you want anything fixed.

With the current management, it is difficult to recommend this apartment complex. There is clearly poor communication within the staff, and the apartments are not in the best of shape. There is no indication of which units are the older ones or which have been renovated. I was told I’d have a renovated unit, but then turned out to have the older appliances and shelving.
