    Nightmare

    There are some residents with poorly socialized dogs that have consistently made loud, high-pitched barks, as many as 200+ barks in a single day, and the property management has determined that not to be "excessive noise".

    An elevator broke down and I got trapped. I hit the call button, and the lady who answered told me she'd call for help immediately. I called 911 twenty minutes later and they had no idea an elevator was broken in my building.

    Not to mention a previous resident dealing drugs    … and "discharging firearms" (AKA "shots fired") inside this apartment complex.

    The concierge staff are the best I've ever had and the location is great but the upper management here appears to be either grossly incompetent or willingly trying to harm residents.

    Avoid like the plague. Even though it is costing me $7000 to break my lease early, I can't wait to escape from this sinking ship of an apartment complex.
