Quiet apartments
Great management and the maintenance guys are quick and pleasant to work with. My wife and I lived there for two years and would live there again. The grounds are clean and it's very quiet. Overall a wonderful experience living there!

Fantastic!
By the time my wife and I conclude our current lease in a few months, it will have been the better part of three years that we lived at Independence Crossing. After that, we will be moving on account of our own various reasons and needs, but our experience here has been nothing but positive. Now that we are back in the process of narrowing down the next location for ourselves, we’ve been reminded how much we appreciate honest, transparent reviews from people who have actually lived somewhere for... a while. (Many apartment reviews seem to be written by people who either just moved in or who are going out of their way to complain about one specific problem.) So, all that being said…
Since day one, Debbie and the rest of the staff have been nothing but perfectly kind, prompt, and helpful in all of our interactions.
The same goes for the gentlemen who oversee maintenance, who were especially quick to resolve any issue we ever had (which were fairly rare).
The overall environment has always been quiet, friendly, safe, and clean.
I never once had any issue with the drive-thru gate systems or any of the passcode-protected doors.
I literally never had someone else park in my assigned spot, which is very close to our unit.
As a runner, I am constantly either running along the trail that runs right by the complex, or running on the treadmill at the gym. The gym is always clean, and it was never crowded. (In fact, you will usually have it to yourself.)
The on-site laundry always worked well for us before we got our own washer/dryer.
The trash doesn’t overflow and is picked up as routinely as is needed.
It was never an issue to have packages delivered – whether at the leasing office or at our front door.
Basically, what I’m saying is that so many concerns that people tend to have were simply never a problem here for us…ever! Sure, you can find newer places with higher-grade features and finishes, but I do feel that we got very good value for the rate that we have paid. And while it’s easy to want to be “wowed” when you are searching for an apartment, what you truly and ultimately will want is a place where you feel comfortable, safe, respected, valued, and “at home” on a daily basis. That is exactly what our experience was at Independence Crossing over these past few years, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for those criteria in their potential new home.
