Great place but Poor management

At first I really enjoyed living here Eunice is extremely welcoming and idk what they pay her but they should raise it. However, after moving in any issue you might have will never have a resolution to it. If it’s a noise complaint, or altercations, or the broken EV charger. You can complain 100 times for months and nothing gets done here. Often your intelligence gets insulted and they will just lie to you and say the issue is resolved but nothing was done at all or they will say we have someone… working on it and then 4 months later it’s collecting dust and untouched

Good place to stay. Good amenities, units look great, appliances are modern. Only issues we have are the random charged we get with rent and neighbors not keeping the community clean.

We are enjoying our stay at latitude, the pool and the community room add more joy to our days.
The response is fast in case we need maintenance. Some issues with the elevators every now and then but resolved as quickly as possible as possible

I'm so happy I chose to live here. My unit is very spacious, I'm enjoying the greenary area, gym, snack shop, garage, pool view, and roof top. I love how clean this place is kept. It's very diverse, and the area is very quiet for the most part. I highly recommend!
