So far, living at The Latitude has been a great experience. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is friendly, and the overall atmosphere truly feels like luxury living. The only drawback has been communication after move-in, which can be a bit slow at times. I was also disappointed to learn that the pool is currently closed with no timeline for reopening, even though year-round access was advertised during the application process.

Management is one of the only reasons why I have stayed here. Any problem I have faced management has always payed attention to it and come to some sort of resolution you don’t get that in my apt complex. Safe areas and pretty well maintained

Its always very pleasant living here. The noise is reduced and the people and the staff are always kind and nice. Trash service is fine but the hallway does smell a lot sometimes on the 3rd floor.
