My fiance and I just moved in and it has been a wonderful experience from the front desk to the maintenance all awesome at their jobs and kind af the same time. I would recommend old Shepards Place to anyone.

Living here has caused me to think about the people who are the property managers and their teams. They must be remarkable individuals in so many ways because the demands upon their lives leaves little room for self-absorbed personal promotion. Indeed, there is no place to see what they do as “just a job.” I am so grateful for them and all they do to make Old Shepard Place such a beautiful community. May all their efforts be returned to them in multiplied good things in every arena of life.

Im happy with location but the trash fee is not right and I dont make use of it at all. There should be an option to get rid of it if you can walk and throw garbage out yourself. The place also has a lot of outdated appliances.
