I have lived at The Livingston for 10 plus years. The one bedroom loft with a half bath is my favorite but I upgraded to the 3 bedroom loft townhome and it's been so incredibly great because I work from home right now and it gives me some space to breath and get out of my working areas. The staff is amazing and I love the landscaping with the colorful trees and flowers. Valet Trash and Maintenance are a great team that work well to keep everything nice.

I like living here. My 1st floor apartment is perfect. However, I was told I'd only hear upstairs noise when the neighbors used their stairs. NOT TRUE! I have a daily log of heavy walking, stomping and such beginning from the day I moved in. Ruth offered to transfer me to a 2nd story 2-bedroom with a garage and nobody above me. This has not happened.

I lived there for a year and the management is terrible.
