It’s my first time to live in the newly built apartment with new technology, and this is so good. Staffs are the best. Furthermore, there is roofed parking lots. So, my car can have protection from hail stones.

I'm sure this comment won't be posted in fear of people not wanting to live here, but so far, my experience hasn't been the best. This is the most expensive complex I've ever paid for and the communication is the worst, gate is broken, elevator is broken, and the apartment was dirty when I first arrived. This place has major changes to make in order to make the price make sense.

We sincerely apologize for the initial dirty condition of your apartment. We know that things break every... now and then, but it's our job to get them up and running as quickly as possible. We are treating the issues with the broken gate and broken elevator as urgent priorities for our maintenance team.
We are taking your concerns seriously and are working through these issues. Please contact the management office so we can resolve any specific issues in your unit right away.

Before choosing the Ludlow, I am going to be very honest I toured at least 20 different properties and none of those properties could match what the Ludlow offered. Working with Emily from the start with the tour hands-down the best tour I’ve had. Her knowledge of the property how she explained everything was amazing. The amenities are amazing and I love the events the staff have! Overall everything has been great! I’m very happy with my decision to move here!
