The Point at Deerfield Apartments

I posted this review after seeing the move-out charges applied to my account. I lived in this apartment for the past 4 years, and quite disappointed to be charged over $600 for cleaning, repainting, and resurfacing fees. I had shared positive feedback about the community during my stay. But it’s frustrating to now leave a negative review due to unreasonable move-out charges.
There were also a few issues that I reported at the time of move-in, but they told there is no record of a move-in... inspection form. New manager is awesome! She walked in asking questions, checking on progress and communicating proactively She is kind and extremely competent...actually caring about residents

the maintenance request gets resolved in their system by it self without resolving the actual problem. If you are trying to talk with manager for your problems be papered to get yelled at for complain. The way manager talks to you like you are a slave.

We have bene here for a year and it's the worst run complex i've ever been apart of. No wonder reviews on this place is so bad. The management is horrible on responses. If you have a big issue they will not worry about it until it's at their convenience. They will tell you one thing. before you sign the lease then when it's signed they go back on there work even when it's in writing. Also you can get a way better apartment for better prices now so there's no reason to live here.

I have lived at The Point At Deerfield for about 3 years and I must say the maintenance team is wonderful. They are so quick to fix things that might routinely break non and then. The office team is very helpful if you need anything at all, you never seem like a bother to them like past properties I've lived at.
