This service request was handled professionally and exceeded my expectations. Ricardo came to discover the problem and explained how that part was rare and he would look into the matter for me. I then left town for a vacation and came home to discover that Ricardo had completed the request and I had new inserts!! I felt overjoyed as I know Ricardo went over and above to help me. We love this community and are proud residents who wholeheartedly recommend making Windsor Metro West their home. … With a Community Manger like Dejai, and staff like Ashley, Ricardo, Holly, we feel all of our needs are handled.
