Management takes forever to fix serious leakage problem
The apartment complex seems to have poor management. There has been a water leak outside our townhome for months that has been completely ignored despite multiple complaints.
This isn't just an inconvenience—it's a health hazard. The standing water has created a breeding ground for mosquitoes, and it's also attracting crickets that are making their way into our home. I've reported this issue four separate times: twice under the old management and twice under the new management. Despite all of... those complaints, nothing has been properly fixed.
It's honestly embarrassing to have guests over because there's a large, moss-covered puddle right outside our front door. What's even more frustrating is that one of the "solutions" was to put tape over the leaking faucet, as if that would actually solve the problem. Months later, the leak is still there.
Residents shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the office to address the same maintenance issue, especially when it poses a potential health and safety risk. This level of neglect is unacceptable.
