Chesapeake Apartments

Maintenance is HORRIBLE. I was so excited to move in here with the glowing reviews and great floor plan, however my air conditioning has not worked properly since I moved in about 6 months ago. Maintenance has been out to "repair" over once a month since and it is never actually fixed whatsoever. I would absolutely not recommend this complex to anybody. Please please please save yourself the frustration, disgust and exorbitant electric bills caused by inadequate HVAC maintenance.

I been here a few yrs and there’s roaches,wasps,hornets and ants and when you tell the office they ignore you and say that you will be on a so called “waiting list”for pest control but yet every month we get charge for it but can’t use it and the refrigerator don’t work and they are very very small and the dishwashers don’t dry the dishes so think about it we re just waiting for our credit so we can leave but NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

The staff and management are absolutely so helpful and are so willing to help with any questions or needs the residents have. They make you feel so welcome, and you can tell they want your home to flourish.

I have lived here almost two years, and am happy here. The entire staff seem happy to be working here, that is why they are always willing to help and answer questions with a smile.
I have had two issues requiring maintenance since I have been here, and they were handled promptly and completely.
For me this has turned out to be a wise choice.

It's nice and quiet here but there's almost always someone struggling to get in the gate if you don't have your key card. I've been here for a few years now and everything was fine but in the past year or so the number of cockroaches both inside and outside of the apartment buildings has increased so much. There are wasps and hornets nest on the balconies, under the parking covers, and some inside the rails of the stairs. I find myself running to and from my car often to get away from them.
