Long term Resident!

I have been living here since 2018 and I wouldn’t dream of calling anywhere else home!! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance never lets me down! Parking is covered and they added a stair stepper to our gym!! Couldn’t be happier!

Perfect home

I recently moved in and i already fell in love with my apartment and property. The staff made for an easy move in transition and the apartment is bigger than I expected, I leased without seeing the actual unit and I was hesitant but was reassure I would love it.AND I DO!

Loved my time here

I called Modena home for the past two years and loved every minute of it. Maintenance was quick and efficient, the office staff was nice and understanding and the neighbors were friendly at events! If you're looking for a well-priced apartment close to different areas of Dallas this is your place!
