A Case Study in Unprofessional Front Office Staff
?The apartments themselves are very nice, and both the location and amenities are good. I would have loved to consider this property for my move, but unfortunately, the front office staff made that impossible.
?Upon arrival, I was not greeted. The representative I dealt with was pushy, argumentative, and treated the interaction like a high-pressure used car sales pitch. She made snarky comments when I mentioned I was exploring other options, and she went so far as to pull up a competitor's... website, laugh at it, and openly insult my judgment. Furthermore, she was explicitly dishonest about several key issues, assuming I wouldn't notice.
?I did not visit this property to engage in a hostile sales argument with a stranger. Her behavior certainly finalized my decision, just not in the direction she intended. If this is how prospective tenants are treated before signing a lease, I can only imagine how poor the actual living experience is. Avoid this place.
