Living at Bell CityLine in Richardson has been a great experience overall. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, and the community feels safe and well-maintained. The amenities are modern and clean, and the maintenance team is responsive and professional whenever needed. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live.

My experience is not very good. The elevator is not working for the past 45 days and there is no update when it will be fixed. I am not able to park my rental car in the garage because they don’t have a barcode or passcode facility to access the garage.

The apartment itself is superb, but the amenities are not well maintained as expected. The leasing office is the best. Abby has been helpful to all our concerns and questions. If they could only clean the hallways, gardens and pool area this apartment would have been 5 stars.

the rooms are great!
the only thing is there are no elevators in the garage
