I have greatly enjoyed living here. The walk ability is ideal for restaurants, groceries, or even just to get outside! We have had very few issues and maintenance is quick to respond, typically the next day. The walls are a bit thin, I can sometimes hear my neighbors talking.

I was told during the leasing process that there would be community events. In the 6 months I’ve been here, there’s not been a single one. That was one of the most important things for what I was looking for in an apartment.

Living at Bell CityLine in Richardson has been a great experience overall. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, and the community feels safe and well-maintained. My experience is not very good. The elevator is not working for the past 45 days and there is no update when it will be fixed. I am not able to park my rental car in the garage because they don’t have a barcode or passcode facility to access the garage.
