I am not happy with the new management of Canterbury Courts. They close tickets without even coming to the apartment. I am concerned about the safety of the building structure. I have major cracks in my walls due to them not watering. I feel this building could come crashing down on me.

Our team is actively addressing the… landscaping and irrigation concerns throughout the property, and we are also working to have reported maintenance issues properly inspected and addressed. If a service request is closed before the issue has been resolved, we want to make sure we are aware of it so we can follow up appropriately.

Management doesn’t care if the property gets damaged or if it’s falling apart. They keep saying they’ll do something about yet they don’t follow through.

I believe you don’t want to spread the word of my experience of moving in to Canterbury Courts. The temporary apartment my family had to use until the official apartment was available, did not have A/C and not 1 time did th leasing agent go into the apartment to see if anything was working. The maintenance crew did not communicate with Leasing agent of problem with A/C not blowing cold air. So we stayed in the old address until Monday cleaning up, and came back to temp apt. and the maintenance… finally discover that the A/C compressor was not working and the found a sir blower unit to put in living room to keep up cool and a fan in one of the 2 bedrooms.

Canterbury Courts is a wonderful community and the Staff and Management are extremely professional and friendly! This is a Beautiful complex and is located near all the entertainment; hospitals; Highway access and shopping centers! My wife and I highly recommend Canterbury Courts as your next home!
