Bad property

A/C not working for 22 days & don't care to fix. Property is having a lot of homeless people camping out. Property is not being managed. Lots of people moving out.

Rent increases!!! Construction noise!!!

First lease term renewal was 8%, second term renewal 9%! This is unmanageable for seniors on Social Security.
The shuttle service has stopped, and ongoing, very noisy messy construction on buildings due to neglected maintenance. So sad...
I do NOT recommend Encore.
