How Is This Rating Determined?

Rent increases!!! Construction noise!!!

First lease term renewal was 8%, second term renewal 9%! This is unmanageable for seniors on Social Security.
The shuttle service has stopped, and ongoing, very noisy messy construction on buildings due to neglected maintenance. So sad...
I do NOT recommend Encore.

I am so sorry for the extra noise while the property was getting a face lift. All the construction was complete last fall. If you have any further complaints, please let us know here in the office.
